Kate Ground Full Sets

peppers baked apple

2 yellow peppers 2 red peppers

bread (homemade type)

capers 10 cherry tomatoes fresh grated pecorino



salt olive oil


pepper Place the peppers on a baking sheet cut in half. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, chopped tomatoes into wedges, capers (if desired ... I like a lot !!!), a nice round of oil and season with salt and pepper. Finally
seasoned with pecorino cheese and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, then finished with the grill to brown them for other 10 minutes, it will form a tasty crust.
